I made lye soap last night and there are crystals on it? - lye soap
I have a small lot with a little detergent last night, today I opened the cardboard box (which has been retained), and no glass in it - are they harmful?

That depends on whether the crystals of the bleach. The best way to tell is to touch the tongue with one of these (yes, lick the soap). If you feel a bite or a zap, then there is no bleach.
But this is not necessarily the end of the soap. You can try to clarify the soap (it sounds funny, but some people like it because they like) the appearance, then let the bar dry. Is probably good at this point. Probably should sacrifice a tear bar to see whether there are pockets bleach though.
It would be useful to know the real recipe, so that it gelled, so perhaps warmed (bleach can crystallize sweat) and others. And sometimes a picture speaks a thousand years.
